7. Energy Conservation.
8. The gradual autonomous operation of individual buildings within the complex.

In a case of sectional completion and delivery of a particular building then the respective common use spaces surrounding it as well as pathways that provide access will be made available to employees to ensure their private and safe entrance into the building. Furthermore the surrounding area will be landscaped accordingly.
